The Dubai Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has decided to promote the new Brand Dubai by using innovative car wraps that will be used on metro, buses, water-buses, water-taxis, ferries, NoL cards, & NoL vending machines.
This was announced by the authorities through a media release, which further stated that from the month of December, even the number plates of the public transport vehicles will be carrying the new brand. RTA’s Marketing & Corporate Communication Director, Moaza Saeed Al Marri, while interacting with the reporters stated that the RTA is looking forward to take up the responsibility of the frontline service provider in Emirates, by extending support to the Govt. and helping it maintain parity with the online development drives and projects.
She further stated that all these development measures are put under the umbrella of Brand Dubai, which is likely to be the key factor in promoting and showcasing Dubai internationally. He also expressed hope that the new brand will go a long with in cementing the stature of Dubai as the hub and center stage of all the developments going on in the Emirates. She also reiterated that the campaign took off with the launch of the initial phase, under the theme, ‘We Keep Dubai Moving.' The campaign showcases the Brand Dubai through the public transport system, while the next phase will be concentrating more on associating the brand with the transport means.
