Business Bay is a free zone business, commercial and residential district built around the newly extended Dubai Creek, just west of Downtown Dubai and located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.

The tower is basement, ground, mezzanine and 39 floors. It will have car-parking facilities for about 740 cars
The tower has eight passenger elevators and one service elevator. High-end telecommunications is provided by Dubai Internet City. There will be 24-hour security and maintenance, state-of-art health club with swimming pools, plaza-level landscaped gardens and direct access to adjacent 200 retail shops mall at the Executive Towers podium
