DescriptionThe property which is located at the base of the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah is being built by Zaya, the developers behind the successful villa residences. This was voted as "the most luxurious project in the world" by Newsweek.
It will be managed by the California-based Viceroy Hotel and Resorts company.
The property which will be called Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah, will have 481 rooms and suites and more than 220 furnished residences, which will all offer views of the Arabian Sea.
The property will feature 10 of the world`s best restaurants, as well as a gourmet market and bakery. It will also include 800 square meters of spa facilities, with 10 treatment rooms. There will be a beach club, three outdoor swimming pools and more than 350 square meters of indoor fitness facilities.
